Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bathroom cleaning tools and used cleaning essentials
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RMA number visible on the outside. Ship to:

Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after delivery):
- Refund Method: Your original payment method will be credited
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval (credit card processing times may vary)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process and clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your email. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your organization product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S., return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes for returned items will not be refunded.
